    Alright everyone welcome back to the Podcast, it’s been a while and I am SUPER glad to be back and sharing on this platform because as always I have sooo much to share with you, and this is certainly one of my favourite ways of doing that.

    So this week I am sharing all about Adrenal Fatigue - from Ayurveda + science to help Yogis heal from stress and burn out.

    While of course our yoga (asana) practice is helpful, there are things we want to incorporate beyond what we do on the mat and within our lives to fully heal.

    Within this episode i'm sharing:
    - What adrenal fatigue is, and some common symptoms to help you identify if you have it
    - Why a single pill/practice is not going to be the magic bullet to heal
    - Why root cause healing and addressing broader lifestyle concerns is the key to long term healing
    - Some simple practices you can start implementing to heal.

    This week I thought I would share something that has been coming up more and more in my community - which is how Ayurveda ultimately supports our practice and our teaching.

    Many members of the Yogi Fuel Community are students and/or teachers of Yoga, with a deep desire to peel back the layers in their practice.

    One of the things that drew me to Ayurveda was the way it helped me go deeper into my spiritual practice, and gave me a system of healing that was in alignment with my Yoga.

    We can think of Ayurveda as a Yogic Lifestyle practice essentially.

    That's simply the coles notes and we go waaaay deeper in this podcast where I share about:
    - How Ayurveda supports our physical health from a spiritual lens
    - The importance of a strong, resilient physical body on the Yogic path
