What is Mental Health ?
After the death of Late Sushant Singh Rajput, i saw many people talking about mental health and giving their opinions, some want to learn more about mental health and some have been giving the wrong message about mental health . All of us are highly shocked and heartbroken by his suicidal death , but also we realized the importance of mental health. Hence, I decided to record this podcast to tell people the true meaning of mental health.
