Onward! Episode: Reflection, Momentum, and Things In Between
In this episode, Mary introduces a practice she's calling "Onward!" for moving through difficult times with care and attention. This is a strategy, rooted in mindfulness practices, that all of us might be able to anchor into when we start to feel overwhelmed or stuck. We also discuss ways kids are feeling the impact of COVID-19, the experiences of college students during this time of chaos, and we hear from a listener who has some words of wisdom about staying home and staying safe. This is a great episode for anyone who needs to take a moment to pause and re-connect.

Storyteller Episode: Where Do I Belong?
In this episode, our storyteller tells us about some very complicated (and possibly very relatable) experiences with school. May is a 14 year-old girl who has tried almost every kind of school setting, has even moved across the country, and no matter how many times she tries to re-start she just can't seem to find the right fit. But what she finds along the way are some really important lessons in confidence and identity that might just be the reminder many of us need.
