I love the format and topics

I love the format of this podcast and the intent to destigmatize mental illness. I was one of those folks who thought depression was just weakness and not a real thing until it was me. Even then, I fought it all the way; all the way to alcoholism which recently landed me in a treatment program in the Knoxville area, which is where I learned about this podcast from a counselor who knows Anthony extremely well. You can probably guess who she is. I blew through all six episodes in a couple of days and am looking forward to the next. I appreciate you both investing the time, speaking so openly, and doing the work to bring in the guests.

Bringing Mental Health to Light

I look forward to each episode, connect to the stories, and appreciate the honesty and mental awareness that the conversations bring. Thank you for this awesome podcast!
