Jack of all Trades
On todays episode of Turning the Page Life after an Eating Disorder I am going to share with you a personal struggle I faced during the beginning of my eating disorder. I discuss my low self esteem, lack of confidence, and overall feeling of worthlessness in my daily life. I know it sounds deep, though I mainly discuss how I never felt exceptional at one specific skill like education, music, sports etc. I hope this episode will help you see a clearer perspective on our abilities and special gifts that you as an individual has to offer the world.
