They share stories of what pregnant moms experience when it comes to training at the gym, why its important that healthcare providers and trainers need to be mindful of what they tell their clients—help them understand what to expect throughout their pregnancy and fitness journey, and to consider taking additional prenatal education and training to provide great quality care specifically for their clients. In addition, they talk about how it's important to slow down, tune into your body and be more intentional when it comes to exercise. And much more!

What’s better than listening to two knowledgeable and caring docs talk about women’s health? This ladies know their stuff and are constantly shifting what Women’s healthcare should look like!
