    Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

    Stop Comparing Yourself to Others

Let’s be honest, we all do it.

As women we find ourselves falling into a state of comparison. We become fixated on where we stand relative to others.

    “Am I good enough?”
    “They have this…”
    “I don’t…I’m not…”

When we start comparing ourselves to others, we’re often comparing their best features against our own. Which can become self-destructive.

It’s an uncomfortable topic that not many people discuss. On this episode Dr. Madalyn and Dr. Kaylee share some of their deep darks secrets and their own personal stories on how comparison has personally affected them. And discuss ways of how to overcome it and the importance of setting boundaries.

We are all in a different journey and path.
We should be grateful for the things we have gone through in our life.
And it’s so important to see that!
