    In this episode I share my story how I got into hypnotherapy and ways it helped. I also discuss who could benefit from hypnotherapy and what are the different forms of it.

    At its core, hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that leverages the power of suggestion and focused attention to induce a state of heightened suggestibility, known as hypnosis. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not a form of mind control but rather a deeply relaxed state where the conscious mind becomes less dominant, allowing access to the subconscious mind.

    By accessing the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy can address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:


    Sleep: Hypnotherapy can help alleviate insomnia and promote restful sleep patterns by calming the mind and reducing racing thoughts.
    Anxiety: Whether it's general anxiety about life or specific triggers, hypnotherapy techniques can instill a sense of calm and resilience, empowering individuals to better manage stressors.
    Deadlines and Stress: By reframing perceptions of pressure and stress, hypnotherapy can help individuals approach deadlines and challenging situations with a sense of confidence and ease.
    Childhood Trauma: Through memory reconsolidation techniques, hypnotherapy can facilitate healing from past traumas by reframing perceptions and fostering inner resilience.
