Do you have enough time? The amount of time per day isn't changing. It is always 24 hours per day. Did you ever review what you are doing all day long and asking yourself WHY you are doing this?Are there beliefs WHY you have to do that?
Finally, to free up time you have to let something go and this can be an intensive and great process.
