“It’s okay to have wellness and health goals but also knowing that along the way you’re still worthy and the end goals not going to make you more so but it’s fun to have that end goal.”
Our friend Natalie is SO fun to chat with! Through her story here, we learn about her journey fighting ulcerative colitis and how she found her passion for sharing well living through food, fitness and lifestyle tips with the people around her. She gets personal explaining how she discovered her diagnosis while in college, and how that completely changed her life. Natalie let us in on how she decided to let her diagnosis change her life for the better as she learned how to shape her work life, personal life, social life and her dreams for her future moving forward. Her positive outlook and journey is encouraging, interesting, eye opening, and fun to listen to, and we hope you learn and love her as much as we do!
