Welcome to my first podcast!  I am excited to talk about why I chose "Modern Body Modern Life" as the title of my new podcast.  This first podcast is going to give you an overview of what to expect for episodes to come.

We are talking about how to lose weight permanently by using mindset & strategy.

Learning to eat differently, forever.  Not perfect, but better, healthier, and changes that last. 

I work privately with women 1:1 to stop the dieting and lose weight permanently.  But it is more than just weight loss, it is about how you talk to yourself, how you think about yourself, and how you feel in control around food.

This work is life changing.
