    When talking about weight,  health,  and bodies.....one of the comments I hear over and over from women in midlife and beyond is "Maybe this is just my body now that I'm older.

    I also hear..." this is what happens at my age"

    and "Once I hit menopause it didn't matter what I did"

    These thoughts are problematic. 

    And as a society, it is the narrative that is told about women in midlife and beyond.

    It is keeping women stuck, and I want to help.

❤️❤️loving Modern Body Modern Life

This podcast is such a great way to look at life and eating. I am learning so many tools to help me in my journey. I am on a 10 year journey of trying to change my mindset and eat better for life not for a month/6 months diet plan. I have yet to lose weight but keep adding tools to my tool box to slow the weight gain down and this podcast provides me so many new tools! Thank you Courtney Grey

Loving the mindset shift!

I’ve been blessed to know Courtney for years but life and geography get in the way of me getting to experience her often enough. When my friend and I were literally texting about the 3 or 4 pm “f it’s” the same day I saw Courtney had a podcast and then she talked about exactly that, I knew she was speaking to us. I love working out but I also love food so the help changing my mindset around what I’m eating has been very helpful. Feeling better and healthier as I travel to the more centered version of me.
