So helpful!

I just discovered this podcast a week ago (date of submission) and have learned so much!

I was feeling down and like garbage, because of a diet I was on that was not working for me. I looked up the diet and found an episode on the company (as well as the other diet company I’ve tried before) and so much made sense! From there, I listened to more episodes about intuitive eating, knowing my body, and paying attention to my body and what it wants. Eating when I’m hungry, having a better relationship with food and more.

So glad I came across it! Looking forward to more episodes!

One of my favorite podcasts! It’s educational, timely, and I always feel like I’m part of Emily & Vanessa’s conversations. Myths are debunked with a whole health approach avoiding the pseudo wellness that is all too common within our diet culture. I’m also a dietitian and a big fan! I love sharing this podcast as a resource to others as well.
