A godsend of a podcast
Brides - you came to the right place! No one is approaching wedding planning like Kara. Everyone else talks about all the stuff you need to buy - Kara talks about how you feel. I was at my wits end when I found her podcast - just very stressed out and feeling bad about being stressed. I didn’t understand where the feelings were coming from. Kara’s podcast made me feel understood and helped me understand myself. It was so centering. She has an episode for every facet of this high intensity experience. And I am happy to say I was able to go into my wedding weekend from a centered place and soak up every moment of this special time. I was totally present and didn’t sweat the small stuff.
