Healthy living in an unhealthy world

I was one of Lexi’s teachers at TCU where she studied Dietetics and I got to witness her intellectual, emotional, and spiritual growth during her studies. I saw her develop a passion for an integrative approach to healthy eating and living and her desire to share that approach—through class presentations, conference papers, instructional videos, and now this podcast—with the community. Having listened to the first episode, I’m excited about the podcast’s trajectory and am certain she will bring a fresh perspective, grounded in personal experience and the latest science, to the healthy-living podcast space, doing so with clarity, grace, and compassion.
