A lot of what we focus on is actually mediation. We are constantly watching to and listen to music which in one perspective can be detrimental if you’re not meditating properly. Most of lives we’ve spent time in front of the tv or listening to music. Now we have music at tap of a button and movies at the click of a button. We have to become more intentional on what we watch as it is important because what we see and hear can actually have a profound repercussion on our life.
