Why did you become a health coach? featuring Danna Levy Hoffmann Becoming a Health Coach

    • Health & Fitness

Hello, and thanks for listening to Becoming a Health Coach with Megan J. McCrory.
This bonus episode features host Megan McCrory in a conversation with fellow health coach, Danna Levy Hoffmann.
Danna shares her journey of becoming a functional medicine health coach and how her grandmother's ill health, passion for food, and her previous business, which was about healthy cooking for kids, influenced her decision. Danna explains how she started giving health advice to parents who attended her cooking classes, this led her to realize she could coach adults. She then pursued further education to fill in her knowledge gaps. In addition, this episode covers Danna's life in Switzerland, her approach toward healthier cooking methods and ingredients for kids, and her first business name, 'Miso Cute Cooking'. Danna and Megan also co-host the 'So Frickin' Healthy' podcast.
