    How to Handle Change

    How to Handle Change

Change is a part of life. It is how we grow, it is how we become more of our true selves, but it can also be hard, and painful. Change can mean losing someone you love, it can also mean something as trivial as dealing with an illness or a child who needs more of your attention for the day. In this episode we talk about the various ways we can handle these changes. We discuss how we can center ourselves to get into a calmer state of mind and be able to choose our response to the changes that happen in our lives. As we gain greater awareness of the needs around us, we will be guided through intuition or inspiration to know what steps we need to take to deal with the changes. In addition we learn that is also the way we receive insight into what is most important at that time and where we learn what our true priorities are.

    You Already Are

    You Already Are

In this episode Michael and I  take a deeper look at the theme of this podcast: You Already Are. We discuss how we can become more connected with our true inner selves and how to help grow our self-love and sense of worth. We provide several mindset tools to implement to help empower your most authentic self to come through. You have something that no body who has ever lived, or who will ever live has had. That something is a uniqueness that is personal and individualized for you and it is part of what makes up your essence. As you more fully begin to understand who you are, and that everything you desire to be is already inside you will begin to take steps towards more love and acceptance of yourself, which will then propel your growth journey to heights you may never have imagined.

Anxiety and Depression with Riley Imlay

Anxiety and Depression with Riley Imlay

Anxiety and depression are often misconstrued illnesses. Some people do not consider them an illness at all. There is often a lot of shame, guilt, and embarrassment around the idea of having either of these mental conditions. In this episode we address some of these issues and discuss common causes of depression and anxiety particularly for teenagers. Riley shares her experience with these conditions and how she has been able to deal with and live with these illnesses. The advice given in this podcast is strictly from experience and is in no way medical advice. If you or someone you know is suffering from mental illness we urge you to seek advice from a medical professional.
