Fascinating and thought provoking episode

A fantastic and important episode that details the importance of educating your children about the benefits of healthy foods; without the use of food rewards or bribery. An example I have used with my 6 year old is- “the organic sausage I put in your lunchbox is going to fill you up more than something like potato chips”.
Thanks for this wonderful episode- I found it really useful Georgia & Jane 🙏!!
