i have always been a big fan!! Season 22 has been the first time i stopped a series. Hearing the back & forth with Megan on the political campaigns, feels a bit petty & mundane. We get it, she didn’t make the phone calls, i’m not sure that’s worth air time.

I used to love this podcast, however after listening to the bashing of Birth Centres and Midwifery, I’m no longer a fan. I totally empathise with the survivors and their stories which are totally validated. Birth Trauma is real no matter which model of care people use. However with the majority of Birth Traumas occurring in Hospital care, it’s important that you portray all sides and not glamorise the obgyn hospital care as the safest. The way birth has been medicalised in this modern world is really sad. Women are being disempowered and all control over their bodies and babies is being taken over. By criticising midwifery and continuity of care models, you are blemishing options for women and families to have positive, safe, empowered birth experiences.

I came across your podcast ‘Something Was Wrong’ Season 22 about Megan Stoner. Suffice it to say, I found it extremely well done & engaging, and started listening to your earlier podcasts from Season 1. I have just finished SERIES 10, EPISODE 2 [Megan] Shocking Realization, and to me, her voice sounded exactly the same as Megan Stoner in Season 22, so I wanted to ask you if I am correct, as I can’t find any confirmation of this? Congratulations on a truly wonderful podcast and thank you for all the efforts you put it to informing and helping people.
