I’d pay to listen to this advice, but it’s free!

This podcast covers so many topics and is straight to the point. It’s not drawn out and full of ads like other health podcasts. I love the way Jen talks, she is no BS and seems very trustworthy. The advice has been great so far. I was looking for advice for my kids but have learned so much for myself so far. I just can’t believe I get to listen to this for free! 5 out of 5 stars 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect timing

Just found your podcast Jen after listening to you on the Dream Out Loud podcast. The timing is perfect as I have had a very challenging 2024 and I had decided to take back charge of my own health and wellness. Your episodes are full of practical advice that makes sense (the teabag episode shocked my socks off but made me wonder why I hadn’t thought about the side effects of drinking a hot drink that plastic had been in), and talk about issues that are relevant to women, especially in their midlife. Can’t wait to binge on more episodes.

Finally - the voice I need in my head!

Loving your podcast Jen - it’s always so timely for me. Having just had the most traumatically stressful 4 months, knowing this has something to do with the stagnation in my health journey, I turned on today to and there was the Vagus ep. Now searching for Ep 191! Wish we had a ‘you’ in Melb that I could visit!!!
