Thanks for keeping my company during the long runs, easy to listen, very entertaining and informative podcast, quite enjoyable, I look forward to see what’s new every week. The guests are always great, the solo sessions are just as good, it feels like I get to listen to old friends I didn’t know I had 😊 Amazing job, keep it up!

An all-round great podcast for runners. “Solo Series Ep 12 - Strength Training 101” should be mandatory listening… either as an intro or a refresher.
