Perfect for long runs

I discovered Inside Running through a friend’s recommendation and I’m enjoying having company during my Sunday long runs at last. Funnily enough I started running about the same time as the podcast. While I’ll never achieve the kind of speeds that are routinely discussed, I am working my way beyond my impostor syndrome and enjoying the banter! I appreciate the chance to learn more about my sport through the guys’ experience and through their amazing guests. Thanks for the time and effort that goes into it. PS: Listened to the 200th episode today; the lousy response to the request for reviews was what prompted me to provide mine!
