Warm, personable wisdom for menopausal women

Women’s midlife transitions are huge, and still highly untalked about and unexplored by the general population - worldwide. Weight gain is common, as are a host of other symptoms. Many of us are left to navigate what can be one of our greatest transformations very alone. With Dr Deb at the helm, you will learn to embrace not only a wonderful roadmap to shedding weight for good, but a place where self kindness and caring becomes a part of your everyday. I found this podcast a few months ago looking for information about menopause. I found much more, Dr Deb!!! She is brilliant. Has provided me with the thought processes that menopause is something to be embraced. There is no need to accept your body cant drop those unwanted kilos but provides unbelievable insight into “eating when you are hungry and stop when you are full”. Sounds simple, which if you listen to Dr Deb often (as I do every evening when I walk my beloveable dog) she helps change your mindset about food with all her wisdom and experiences with clients (and her own.....she does not ever say she is perfect).
It will help all who want to become stronger in their mind and lose weight. Thank you

Ps. I have got my sister on to it and we often say “now what would Dr Deb say”
