I’ve lost count of the number of episodes I’ve listened to. Listening to this podcast has become a treasured daily ritual while I do my nightly food prep. I can’t believe how much information Kitty and Craig so generously share, and I love the no BS approach and the variety of interesting guests. And, Kitty cracks me up, all the time :-) I had listened to a few episodes before joining the 7 day challenge, but after joining and starting the journey, my listening gained momentum. The podcasts are a daily inspiration and support, and I have learnt/ am learning sooooo much. Thank you guys!

Obsessed with this podcast ! Have these guys on high rotation when driving , get so much out of the content and it’s easy listening , real and valid. Their energy and passion is infectious . When I’m struggling with something , be it macros , tracking, training , I wil replay an episode. Lately have been replaying all menopause , hormones, bloods episodes , such a great library to access. I’m fence sitting , and now the pause has started , will be looking at dipping the toe in. Thanks Kitty and Craig.

I will not be tuning in again. Dropping the F bomb for no reason is not a recipe to attracting a broader audience. It truly prevented me from focusing on the science and advice behind.

The most amazing strength training and nutrition information I have ever found. These guys really are the real deal, they truly understand nutrition and they are experts in ensuring correct form and execution of lifts in the gym. You don’t need any experience to get started.. anyone can do it. Just need to be brave, believe in yourself and commit to the process :)) @kittyblomfield @lifeforcelove
