She’d tried everything—fasting, restrictive diets, even intense calorie deficits—but nothing worked long-term.   What set her apart? Her determination.   Sue didn’t just think about change—she invested in herself and took ACTION.   👉 She tracked her food and fuelled her body with real, nutrient-dense pro-metabolic food - no cutting carbs or sugar.   👉 She learned how to lift weights, dialled in her execution and got strong.
