Really Helpful
I've struggled with my weight my whole life and was just recently diagnosed with ADHD, I had no clue these issues could be linked. Jennifer does such a great job in tying everything together, and providing solutions from an ADHD perspective. I finially feel like I have some strategies that make sense to me to get my struggles under control.
Informative
I had never made the connection either and this is so interesting. Jennifer does a good job blending the science with the story, and I love listening to it.
