Be Well By Kelly is on a mission to simplify the science of nutrition. I want to make choices, not cheats. I want to live in balance, quiet my inner perfectionist, and never feel like my goals are out of reach. I want to love the way I look AND feel. I want to be proactive about my long-term health and wellness. I want to have a positive relationship with food for the rest of my life.
And I want the same for all of you! Join me and some of my favorite people every Wednesday as we give you all the good stuff (and none of the bad) about nutrition: the positive takeaways, the tools and tips that will help you feel and be well, and a dose of motivation to keep you going.

I love Kelly’s podcast! She was the guest on another podcast I listen to and after listening to it I was so inspired that I immediately ordered not 1, but both of her books! Thanks for making such an informative podcast Kelly!
My go to podcast!!!
I love this podcast. Every episode is full of such interesting and important information about physical and mental health, wellness and beyond. Kelly and her guests cover so many topics and even when the science gets complicated she always finds a way to break down the details and make each topic understandable and applicable to everyday life. As a woman and mother, I get so much out of these episodes. Definitely a must listen!
One of my favourite podcasts
Kelly is so clear and motivating. Her and her interviews with guests help me to remember why I choose to lead a healthy lifestyle and give me little tips to improve my wellness and life in general. One of my favourite episodes is with James Clear. I’ve been habit stacking ever since!
