So relevant and encouraging for today’s woman!
I’ve been listening to Rosa’s podcasts for a few months now. I like to listen to them when I’m out walking so I can usually get about 3 to 4 of them in per walk. It doesn’t matter which one I choose, there are so many “aha “ moments and fascinating takeaways with everything she offers. She has this sense of humour and real authenticity about her, which brings a smile to my face every time I’m listening. Rosa’s knowledge about women’s health including hormones, exercise, healthy eating, and just the general struggles that we face as we age has been so beneficial for me and is helping me greatly in my health journey at 57 years old. She’s so relevant and her heart desire to empower and create long, lasting transformation is evident in all her messages.
I have a variety of podcasts that I listen to regularly in my personal life, as well as for my business and by far, Rosa’s is my absolute favorite.
Great podcast and host
Rasa is a wonderful host, is genuinely interested in her guests and asks thoughtful questions. The result is a great conversation. In her solo episodes she share very doable health and fitness tips while she sprinkles in some of her life wisdom. I recommend listening and subscribing!

Rosa is very down to earth and relatable.
I find her podcasts incredibly interesting, weather she is interviewing a guest, or just giving advice on her own.
