Darin is the man!

Great show, host Darin knows his stuff. No broscience, but not a boring scientific podcast either. He uses practical examples and discusses a wide variety of topics. You are guaranteed to learn something that you can use to become the better you. Give the first episode a shot and you’ll be hooked. I stumbled onto it a few weeks ago, listened to all episodes, and now I’m currently re-listening to my favourites. He records new episodes often which is great too!

Practical and Informative

I look forward to Darin’s podcast each week for his practical, tactical, and informative topics. So many bodybuilding podcasts are primarily fluff and sales with little meat. Not this one. In the world of protein, Darin is pure isolate goodness.
