Susan Cain Quiet

My youngest child is an introvert and at times in my life so am I. Susan Cain's book and podcast has not only changed the way I parent him but, also how I view and treat myself. With a new prospective I quit projecting my fears onto him and this has allowed him to flourish into the beautiful orchid that he is.

Engaging and Informative. Highly recommend!

I have a quiet kid and found this podcast to be very engaging and informative with a combination of personal stories and expert opinions. The 3 tips provided at the end of each segment give you practical steps and advice to take away and build into everyday life.

I highly recommend this podcast to anyone with a quiet child of their own at home.

Excellent

As an introvert it's great to see someone delving into my world and showing how all of the ways I see the world are normal and not "wrong" as I often thought as I was growing up. As a parent to two young children this is a great resource to identify if your child is an introvert and help them thrive in a world that sees extroversion as the "norm."
