    On this episode I have the privilege of speaking to Professional Triathlete, iFit Trainer, accomplished trail runner and awesome human being, Ashley Paulson. Ashley has WON over 22 marathons, competed in 15 + Ironman triathlons, placed first in an ultra Ironman, breaking the course record by 6+ hours, while competing and winning ultra marathons on the side. Basically, she's a STUD ENDURANCE ATHLETE! She also qualified for the 2020 Olympic Marathon trials, posting a 2:40:00 time, 4 minutes short of her personal best.
