Love this podcast! It’s extremely informative. Emilie provided practical tools that are so helpful. This podcast is a great way to train your brain and create new neural pathways. Her voice is upbeat, yet soothing to listen to. I love how she uses metaphors/analogies because it makes the topics more memorable. My personal favourite podcast/episode was “Getting Your Hopes Up: How to Feel More Optimistic.” The meadow and bear den analogy stood out for me and it was so interesting to learn that we could switch our ruminating-negative-thoughts to positive feelings. I’ve learned new skills and techniques. Keep going Emilie! I look forward to hearing your new recordings every week! I’m a huge fan.
