I love this podcast! It’s truly an amazing resource for anyone looking to improve not only their personal fitness, but themselves along the way. Ted really knows his stuff and this quickly became the only podcast I listen to when it comes to fitness.

Awesome show!

I love Ted’s style of engagement. Super chill but also so informative and easy to listen to. Weight loss is a struggle for me. I don’t have a lot to lose, but after having two children, the struggle is real. What I took away from this awesome episode was the importance that stress plays in our lives and to really pay attention to that - I think I've been minimalizing that. I have started watching my calories (will add Miso soup!!), and I’ve started running just over 1 mile a day. Thank you so much for this episode - it feels very supportive and you've given me a lot to think about!
