Just a couple THICC guys leaving you THICC knowledge. i come for the info saty for the banter. Fixed a lot of small things before they got out of hand and wrngled in a lot or big issues that were causing a lot of trouble in my lifts and daily life.

Best fitness podcast EVER

Not a morning drive to work goes by that I don’t have these two in my car with me. Great contributors are always on this podcast, topics are necessary and relevant to new and experienced lifters. Both Jordan’s are excellent at debunking the internet’s terrible information and providing the best, up to date knowledge you need on lifting, mental health in sports, nutrition and even some exquisite stuff like meditation, drugs in sports, supplementation and will power. I love, LOVE the banter between Shallow and Jiunta, they crack me up and are so personable. I hope this podcast continues for eternity!

Awesome episode! Long time regular listener of Bens podcast and sometimes it can be overwhelming for those of us not as well versed in the complex bio hacks and biometrics he tends to talk about and this podcast was awesome because you helped break it down a bit more for the more average athlete that is interested in biohacking and performance enhancement.
