Thanks Michelle for your podcast. You have put into words so much of what I have been feeling over the past several years. It is a shame I let things go for so long. Ended up retiring early from work 2 yrs ago and still feel like I am only crawling out. I listen to your podcasts as I walk my dog and then work to implement some of the suggestions.
The Real Deal!

Michelle’s podcast has helped me to feel seen, heard and accepted as a mother, wife, business owner and woman. She inspires and motivates me to make changes in my life that are manageable and realistic. She is such a beautiful soul and clearly lives her life in integrity. As we evolve and grow on our journeys it becomes easier to see who is just “blowing smoke” but I can feel that she walks the walk and shines her bright light so that others can shine theirs. Very grateful to have found her podcast in the depths of my burnout. My light is now shining brighter than I ever thought it could. Thank you!
Hands down, my favourite go to show

I couldn’t be more grateful to have come across this podcast. I’m new to podcasts, just started about 5 weeks ago. I was at a woman clinic for my mental health for 5 weeks and just returned home about 2 weeks ago. This station is so beautiful and absolutely mirrors what I had learnt at the clinic. I live 30 minutes from town as I’m in the country and this station is all I listen to on my highway travels. Also when I’m working on my DBT workbook I ordered off Amazon. The information, the guests literally make me go Awe. How she presents the shows with her calming voice makes the listening experience for much nicer for the audience. Thank you for this wonderful show. I truly appreciate you sharing your story, experience, knowledge and wisdom. 💜
Just wow!

First time listener! Loved your content. The reference of beach balls in the pool in episode 251 really resonated with me. Mom of one super sassy threenager. Was nice to know I’m not alone. Looking forward to more content of how to strengthen my window of tolerance to have more patience with my daughter and all my relationships.
