    Have you ever felt like you couldn't stop eating or that there was something wrong with the way that you ate?
    I told myself that so many times during or after eating a whole batch of cookies (or cookie dough), bag of chips, or box of crackers (sometimes all at once).

    I just felt like I was seeing myself eating all of this food when I didn't really feel hungry and knew it wasn't good for me but I just couldn't stop myself... until I'd feel even more awful not only in my body but also mentally and emotionally because of all of the beating up, guilt, and shame that followed...
    The 5 steps I share with you today are the very same I used to free myself from emotional eating / mindless eating / binge eating.
    It takes courage.
    It takes repetition.
    It takes practice.
    And yet, it works!

Nourish yourself with this beautiful podcast
