Helpful, Motivational and Achievable

As a person who is a big fan of getting on with it, these podcasts are such a breath of fresh air. I’ve seen Naturopath’s that set such a lofty target that it is intimidating to even try to follow their advice. These podcasts provide achievable advice and leave me feeling both motivated and energized to improve my health and wellbeing. Thanks for being such a positive force in the world- we need more people like you!

Amazing & Informative

Each person is individual, and while she does speak in the magority general, each of us is individual and she acknowledges this! I love how she presents information. The Things she touches on, these are all things we should know the basics about.
Individually most us - We are not doctors, but we are the first step in living our own better healthier lives. Being in tune with ourselves is important and she makes u think, she makes you question.
Give her a listen, you won’t regret it.
