My guest for episode seven is Cara Snow.  Cara is Chief Community Engagement Officer for the Technology Association of Oregon where she focuses on member engagement, cybersecurity programming, and workforce development with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. And, as she likes to say, has been working in tech before it was cool.
