In this episode, Sean Burke shares his story about how he learned to deliver a high level of customer service at an early age. After being introduced to logistics by his dad (who had a long career in rail transportation), Sean's first job after college was for JB Hunt as a supply chain analyst. Deep industry knowledge and a solid understanding of what the client wants to accomplish are two keys that Sean believes will separate Echo from our competitors. Sean also talks about his new role as CCO, his perception of Echo's challenges, where he sees our sales focus, and how he envisions our technology supporting our organizational growth.
