Great Fitness Podcast

If you’re into building muscle and burning fat and getting healthier. This is the entertaining podcast for you.

Only drawback is the intro/ad voice and the guitar which makes me want to commit murder...

Best Training advice on the internet

As the title states, these guys have the best training advice in the internet imo.

I’ve been working out for ten years now and the advice I get from Mind Pump is by faaaar the best advice I’ve ever gotten.

Not only do they focus on building muscle and getting the body you want. But more importantly, how to make this into a lifestyle that you can continue to the day you die. They really focus mostly on the whole human and not only superficial things like looks, which is a very welcomed change of pace from the rest of the fitness industry.
Their detailed and easy to understand way of conveying information has been a true god sent.
I still continue to recommend this podcast to everyone who is interested in health and fitness.

I’ve been running MAPS STRONG and am currently in week 10 (phase 3) and I’ve never felt weight training like this before. I’ve never felt better in my own body and this is just evidence that these guys know what they are doing.

Once a Pump Head, Always a Pump Head.

So, I’ve been listening to the podcast since I was 16-17 years old. In October, I’ll be turning 22, and I cannot even start to explain not only how much I have learned, but also how much the podcast has helped me mentally! I have improved to much in both my physique, strength and mindset. I feel like I have 4 cool uncles to talk to every day. Big fan girl:P
