    Had a chaotic start to the morning? Don’t we all. The key is we can all press reset and enter a state of calm and flow for the rest of the day and either get back to our little goals or enjoy the rest of the day to rest and rejuvenate with a clam state of mind. Either way, it is crucial to enter a state of calm to soothe our fight and flight response so that we aren’t constantly in a reactive mode but being ourselves to a peaceful, positive and more aligned and harmonious mode.
