Are you unsure on how to bring God in your fitness journey?I started my fitness journey at 16 years old. I was made fun of for being chunky most my childhood and from 16-21 years old I battled with multiple eating disorders because of it. The darkest year during that was when I was 19 years old, I was skipping meals, running 3 miles and partaking in multiple fitness classes a day, and barely eating 1000 calories a day. I’ve been chunky, severely underweight, I’ve binged and I’ve starved. Since then I spent years studying nutrition and training. I’ve built up my health, my physique, my relationship with food, my relationship with JESUS and I have NEVER looked back since.I started my online coaching business right when the pandemic hit and have worked with over 400 women on helping them live happier, healthier, and stronger lives.That’s why I created The Blessup Fitness Podcast. My mission is to help christian women from around the world lose the fat, build the muscle, and become a UNIT of a woman in and out of the gym while helping them build healthy habits and a great relationship with food so they can get results and keep them for life.Now you do not have to be  a christian to listen to this podcast. Everyone is loved and welcome here.     Extensive Upgraded Golden’s Milk Recipe:

    2 cups full-fat coconut milk

    1 teaspoons turmeric powder

    1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger or ginger powder

    1 to 2 teaspoons of coconut oil

    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1 to 2 tablespoons grass-fed collagen hydrolysate 

    1 to 2 teaspoons raw honey

    Pinch of fresh ground black pepper

    1. Blend everything together in a high speed blender until smooth.

    2. Place the mixture in a small saucepan set over medium heat and simmer for 3 to 5 mins

    3. Drink the latte immediately or put in fridge for later

    Simpler Golden’s Milk Recipe: 

    2 cups milk of choice

    1 teaspoon ground turmeric

    1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 

    Pinch of black pepper

    1 tablespoon of raw honey or maple syrup 

    1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.

    2. Pour the golden milk into a cup and enjoy.

    Maca Latte Recipe: 

    ¼ cup full fat coconut milk

    ¾ cup water

    1 rounded teaspoon cinnamon

    2 teaspoons maca powder

    1 tablespoon collagen powder

    ½ pod fresh vanilla bean or ¼ teaspoon alcohol free vanilla extract

    1. Heat coconut milk and water in a small saucepan.

    2. Transfer the liquid mixture to a blender that’s heat stable and add the cinnamon, maca powder, collagen powder, and vanilla bean. Blend the mixture until it’s frothy. Serve while still warm.
