    Today, we speak with Moo Baulch. Moo is a social justice and gender equality leader with more than twenty years’ experience in the non-government and for-purpose private sector. She has a career-long commitment to addressing and preventing violence against women and LGBQTI community, shining a light on vulnerability and promoting human rights in Australia, the UK, Spain and South East Asia. This is demonstrated in her previous work leading peak body Domestic Violence NSW from 2013 to 2019 and more recently as Head of Customer Vulnerability at the Commonwealth Bank. Since July this year, Moo has been working as the Director of Primary Prevention at the inner-city Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre.

A leading not-for-profit organisation providing a range of services in the areas of humanitarian settlement, accommodation, asylum seeker assistance, foster care and disability support.

    Astrid’s work experience spans over 30 years in leadership, management and multicultural work. Evident in both in government and non-government sectors. She has held senior leadership and advisory positions with a focus on capacity building, quality service delivery and improving capability to respond to multicultural communities.
