Tribugen | How We Took Tribulus To The Next Level

This month, Emiel and Erika discuss the benefits of Tribulus Terrestris for energy, motivation, focus, and hormonal health. Making an effective stack takes more than just scientific research - this podcast episode focuses on the human element of stack creation, and why we spent so much time refining Tribugen until we got the effects profile just right.

On this month’s podcast, learn more about:

Tribulus Terrestris, Fenugreek, Dioscorea nipponica, and Cordyceps
Monoamine oxidase A and B inhibitors
    Megadosing Tribugen
How Nootropics Depot creates synergistic stacks

Each ingredient in Tribugen was selected to compliment the stimulating and motivating effects of Tribulus, and in this episode Emiel discusses the mechanisms of action that are responsible for these effects.

Before Tribugen made it’s debut, the team at Nootropics Depot tried a variety of Tribulus Terrestris extracts to find the most motivating but smooth extract that would shine as a stand-alone product. When making Tribugen, we wanted to increase the motivation benefits of Tribulus, but to smooth out the stimulation and edginess of Tribulus when taken on its own. After a year of bioassaying Tribugen, adjusting the dosages of the synergistic ingredients, and sharing the pre-released stack with friends, family and colleagues, we arrived at the finished product. If you are interested in learning more about this process, and the ingredients that make up the Tribugen stack, tune into this podcast episode!

Video Episode | Your Body’s Amazing Immune System | Is It Better To Take A Natural Approach When You Get Sick?

Your Body’s Amazing Immune System | Is It Better To Take A Natural Approach When You Get Sick?

Our immune system is our body’s defense against sickness and infection. In this month’s podcast episode, Emiel and Erika discuss inflammation, oxidation, immune supporting supplements, fermented foods, and gut health, and explore ways to stay healthy all year round.

Tune into the new podcast episode to learn more about:

How inflammation and oxidation are tools that the immune system uses to attack pathogens and help us recover from illness
Why fermented foods and carbohydrates are essential for a healthy immune system
Vitamins, minerals, and supplements that support a healthy immune system
The connection between the gut and the immune system
Why symptom management during illness can work against us, and what to do instead

This episode is focused on why inflammation and oxidation are essential for helping us fight off pathogens, and therefore, why taking a natural approach when getting sick may help us recover faster. Sometimes, it can be advantageous to lean into the inflammation and oxidation caused by our immune system, though this can be uncomfortable. Dampening inflammation and oxidation can prolong illness, and work against our immune system’s natural response to pathogens.
