Perfect balance between motivational and realistic
The first episode I Heard about this podcast is the 440, how to restart my health. Honestly, one of my biggest but also hardest goal each year is carrying more about my body and health, but after a time I usually give up. I loved hearing Ted talking about the acceptance and self-forgiveness, and how to not feel guilty every day of my life, accepting and knowing that is not a bad thing not being in the mood every day.
He also made me rethink about the adjustments that I had to do in my routines, since I realised that they were a copy-paste of other routines, and each of us has different life and the routines has to fit perfectly with yours, so this weekend I had a lot of work to do.
Ted Ryce has a very calming but also motivating voice. I loved that in the first part of the podcast he talked about the content and made an overview of the topic. This seems a obvious thing, but I heard other podcasts and I can’t promise you that the majority didn’t realize the importance of this little thing.
Thank you, Ted!
Hi, Ted. I discovered you during a great interview on The 5AM Miracle podcast. I know that your recommendations on fitness and training are more oriented to men than to us women, but since I started listening to your podcast I've learned really useful things both from you and from the amazing guests you interview. You do a really great, inspiring job. Many thanks from Spain!
