Let's Celebrate-A day to practice self-love
As I was practicing mindfulness this morning on a day of celebration for African Americans, self love came to me in my spirit.
It's something that we need to practice to operate at our higher selves and to fully manifest what we desire.
By referencing 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 and with the help of a powerful person, my mentor, Shanel Cooper-Sykes, this scripture is broken down to explain how to love yourself and how it's apart of wellness.
Here is the breakdown of 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 so you can take notes.
1. Love is patient

3. Love does not envy
4. Love does not boast
5. Love is not proud
6. Love does not dishonor
