    🐛 Inside our stomach, we have an intestinal lining covering more than 4000 square feet of the surface. An unhealthy gut lining has large cracks/holes, allowing partially digested food, toxins and bugs to penetrate the tissue beneath it.

    🤯My friend just texted me she’s had a 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁 for the past 8 months. It is insane that “I have a burnout” has become such a regular saying right now. We are living in one the best eras (no big wars, no famine, great tech advancement, Google and the longest average life span since human existence) but somehow we cannot safeguard our 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵.

    🧘🏽The first thing that came to my mind was “Oh, how much everyone would benefit from meditation. And if we take it a notch further, Vipassana”.
