An excellent way to start running..

To the anonymous voice in my headphones cajoling and encouraging for the last six weeks, Sir! I thank you. I may not always agree with your taste in music but you’ve pitched these just right - after a mere 35 years off I decided to start running again and although sceptical at first, I’m now at week six and I’ve just run for 20 minutes, unthinkable a few months back. If you’re thinking of trying these podcasts - go for it. Don’t worry if you take two or three days off in between runs as I often did or even two weeks off with a heavy cold, the point is, you will improve - it works.

Well made and helpful for beginners. I did ally he 8 weeks with enthusiasm and I feel really well. My next step is to follow the Advanced podcast to reach the Marathon one! Thank you very much for this podcast!

Thanks so much for this. Have been using it for years. From strggling with the first run now running longer than the 30 mins. Would love to get the palylists to merge them and extend the time as these are now my running tunes Great programme to get you from nothing to confident

I went from zero to 30 mins and 5 km in 8 weeks. - I'll be 60 in a few months! Totally recommend this podcast
