Yes Julia Wos! Thank you for speaking with such heart and relatable eloquence . No to the Tate curator for dry over- academic language ( particularly at the start) and the Tate for cutting up Hilma’s EPIC sensual flow with Mondrians’ hard lines. Yes we would have loved more biography about Hilma. We all had Mondrian in Art History and allover the books . The show at the Serpentine was more like a temple to painting and what the spiritual human in love and inspiration is capable of; Anything !!!

Thank you Lucas Zwirner for the most entertaining and enlightening art podcast ever heard. Thank you Jordan Wolfson for you un-agreableness and thank you Beeple for your bravery on the arena. This is one public conversation that is more that tea time platitudes but is not about cheap provocation, the host managing both equanimity and insight. Impressive. More of these please.

I discovered Helen and her podcast via the Great Women Artists podcast. And Katy Hessel and her book The Story of Art Without Men. Highly recommended.

Hands down, this is my favourite art podcast.

Lucas is a great interviewer, as he always gives space for the artist/ interviewees for pure open thinking and dialogue, but at the same times, knows precisely when to jump in with an notion that gets the interviewees thinking and discussing more. Short, sharp and sweet. I think it would be worthwhile having longer form interviews with artists too. Their lives are non-traditional and often introspective, so can provide incredible insights into both the human condition and the artist condition :)
