Self-esteem podcast

I really enjoyed this podcast. It was informative, helpful and comprehensive. I think most people have probably suffered from low self-esteem at some point in their lives and for others it is ongoing, so this was very useful. Liz has a very empathetic and calm voice, inviting you to listen. I liked the fact that solutions were given to manage this as well. I look forward to her next podcast.
