The Greatest HITs ;)

I discovered HIT through Doug McGuff's Body by Science, and it was a revelation in my 20 years of resistance training. I'm very grateful that Lawrence has done an awesome job of interviewing the experts in this field. I've relistened to many episodes several times, and have learned some invaluable info that will keep me training and feeling the benefits for at least another 40 years! The recent episodes offering business advice around the Covid crisis have been fantastic, and some of Luke Carlson’s nuggets of wisdom have made me stop in my tracks and inspire me to take new action!
